1. Server upgrades – No more costly refreshes of the software and hardware every 3 to 5 years and no more being told to over spec to allow for growth. Certainly no more wondering if that old server you keep delaying upgrading will last another month or two

2. Backup worries - No more wondering if your email backup policy is really up to the job or indeed even working. No more forgetting to take the back up home with you or spending a fortune on remote back up services. No worrying if the backups you’re taking are actually successful.

3. Business Continuity worries– Knowing that if something happened to your premises tomorrow you would need to wait possibly 3 days before you had a replacement server up and working.

4. Remote Access set up – No more VPNs or access problems for remote workers and no more equipment to maintain as a result

5. Maintenance – No more being charged for keeping the server going with patches and updates and checks. No more problems with .pst file sizes and mailbox size limits.
